Here’s another painting of one of my most favorite places to visit, especially in the Fall.
I started this one around noon yesterday, and made myself put down the brush around 6:30 PM. After all, the guys needed to be fed! I had to fight the urge to go back at the risk of overworking it. Overall, I am very pleased with it. My goal was to capture the striking contrast of the brilliant maple leaves amongst the birch trees.
Also, I wanted to thank everyone that attended the reception at Corina’s Friday night. It was a great night spending time with friends, and making new ones.
Until next time…
